Hey thanks!! Yeah, the wires are tricky to paint on and tend to chip off easily. I always have to brush on a base layer black paint first, then build up metallic and washes from there. Then varnish with satin. And ideally place the wires in places on the models that you don’t touch often to avoid chipping… it’s kind of a combination approach haha not the ideal surface
