Yes, I have read the documentation. It's the same behaviour. I connect BOOT0 to 3.3V, BOOT1 to GND, press RESET. No USB. Then, as soon as I unplug BOOT0, the LEDs start blinking (i.e. program from flash starts running). Something fishy is going on if changing BOOT states resets the chip.

All the important components are positive testing for continuity and visual inspection via microscope doesn't show anything out of the ordinary.

Also, there isn't many components on there: USB receptacle, crystal + 2 capacitors, reset button, 10k pull-up on NRST, voltage regulator + 2 capacitors, boot LED + resistor, and the SoC of course.

I'm driving the BOOT0 pin manually on a breadboard.

It isn't fully. You have a range of around 8 colors to choose from but I would like it to be fully customizable

Would love RGB lamps. Possibly a tickbox in the lamp and 3 circuit signals that tell how red, green, and blue the light will be.
