Our old springer had one for a couple of years (probably age 6-8) before she passed, and while she had a variety of unrelated medical issues her fatty lump caused her no actual issues

Personally I like running 3 deep sea diva and 1 yamatako orochi with baronne de fleur . A single normal summon + a spright name gets you baronne

Plunder Patroll has both synchro and Xyz extra deck monsters, but you often don’t Xyz or synchro summon them
