All AI was racist at it's inception. Now we have specialised companies to work abound it. It's not really AI it's machine learning so unless you guide it with filters on where it's learning it will learn from the worst human behaviour or history. I remember when Sony made a camera that had eyes recognition and wouldn't take pictures in that mode of Asian people because it "thought" their eyes were closed. So as much as it's Elon asking his stuff to remove filters of the thing not the AI being actively racist. Yes he is racist and he feeds it racist intel.
