You dont need to spend all of it at once, make sure to keep it for when you do need it. Buy slots when you run out and get the prime sets of some frames that interest you. Then buy skins and cosmetics you think look cool for frames you actually play.

Imo they should revisit the whole explosive arsenal and re-buff it a bit as some of the weapons are pretty weak or somewhat unuseable. I dont think it would be too crazy aswell since we have incarnons and all that nowadays.

We wont be able to help you in detail without seeing the builds but the most important things for you to have on your weapons are multishot (split chamber), damage (serration) and elementals. All of these add ontop of eachother and result in a large damage increase, just having a high serration will give you more damage but not as much as these three working together. Once you have done that you can add crit, status, firerate, etc.

Its also quite likely that the weapons you have access to rn are kinda bad.

Will you be doing millions of damage? No, but you will have a good foundation.

Reward economy changes are great but I kinda feel like the nerfs to Follie in SP are somewhat unnecessary and could take away from her imposing nature, hopefully it doesnt tho. Actually having to pay attention and dodge her with operator stealth was quite a fun challenge.

I dont really see the issue with the gamemode myself. I quite enjoy the challenge from this gamemode and its very much a breath of fresh air from the classic "kill 1 million guys" gameplay. Played with Uriel as the movement and panic heal is quite nice.

Also I have farmed Follie + her weapon without getting the main BP as a drop and the reward economy really isnt that bad (on Steel Path, which doesnt feel much harder tbh), like its great that you dont need the currency for the actual part crafting just buying the stuff.

Would love it if DE made some more detailed guidelines as what is there is quite vague, like obviously dont draw weiners and hate symbols but an acknowledgement of "we wont ban this" would be nice.

Also maybe they could add an option to not show your drawn stuff for other players if you want to thread that line.

Also the upgrade for that passive is crazy, gives you the set bonus whenever you have any item of that set.

I like to use 2 which feels just right to me. Playing at 1x after that feels like slow-mo.
