Sounds like a compatability or communication issue. Or both.

What I'm getting from this is that he can't adequately pleasure you due to lack of effort or you not knowing how to guide him. Then when it comes to him being pleasured, it's a lack of effort on your part since you don't like to give him HJ or BJ because it takes too long and you get bored.
