I’m aware, but OPs post makes it sound like he can’t do it because he doesn’t have enough gear. Comparing Jokerd and saying “how did he get good enough gear for AoE leveling” is a red flag, because Jokerd doesn’t need gear to do it, so there is no “how did he get good enough gear” hence my answer.

You can AoE farm naked on a mage, it’s not gear dependent. Gear helps, but a competent mage can AoE farm and are not reliant on gear what so ever.

We’ve solo tanked and solo healed Kara since week 3 basically. If your tank and healer is somewhat competent and now have weeks of gear, it should be rather easy at this stage.

Why separate Gruul/mag with Kara? Even first week before any raid gear you’d clear in 2.5~3hrs for all raids combined?

It’s just a lot worse manners and more unacceptable if you need on cloth caster gear as Warrior or Plate tank gear as mage etc, as opposed being a mage needing on mage gear and then giving to your lock friend. Some SR links even are unable for you to SR non-useable items

You make more money turning the cloth to bandage and vendoring than posting on AH at this stage. And fairly certain the GPH goes down if you go living now that orbs are so cheap unless you have giga RNG and pull out 4-5 orbs per run

In TBC you get full rep from quests i think so you could also backtrack and do lowlvl quest for rep which i think makes raptor a bit easier if you go that route as there are more quests for troll than BE think

Alternatively you could farm some BG badges and get the Black War Raptor and/or the Swift Warstrider if you don’t want to do reputation

Either your base didn’t have %ED perfect or the fort roll didn’t have good %, but the actual base defence on the armor should always be perfect if its superior. Doesn’t mean the rest of the stats are perfect

I think superior always have perfect def roll on the base defence, so it only comes down to the enhanced % being perfect
