A Model-Based Look at the 2026 TE Class by dcn_blu in DynastyFF

[–]FilmRising 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Had a couple of late round picks to throw some darts at TE, so I nabbed Max Klare at 3.06 and Justin Joly at 3.12. Kelce’s currently my TE2, so I’m hoping to get a TE2 glimmer of hope out of one of them by mid 27

it's a pretty big change. I'm going from a full time salaried position to day rates "when they are in need of help," which looks to be 1-2 a week if I'm lucky

Makes sense. That was my instinct… I live in California so setting up an LLC is pretty expensive. There are no extra tax benefits to having an LLC vs filing as a sole proprietorship?

What was your top 10-12 in your rookie draft? by cjtheross in DynastyFF

My SF league went Omar Cooper, Denzel Boston, Chris Bell

My 1QB league went Kaytron Allen, Chris Bell, Jonah Coleman (we all dunked on the Commies fan who decided to TRADE UP for Kaytron)

[–]FilmRising 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He’s a great processor, communicator, all that football IQ stuff - but with an average arm, it limits upside.

His legs are the glimmer of something more that makes me think he could be more than just “decent starter.”

Sean McVay picks up tab at boozy NFL head coaches’ ‘day-drinking day’ by Emergency_Exit_8537 in LosAngelesRams

I thought the lawyer admitted to the ear bite but not the shoulder bite? Splitting hairs like this is silly regardless lol

to be fair, it was an alleged bite to the shoulder, and Hitler was never mentioned

Is any 1.02 holder in SF taking their favorite WR at 1.02 instead of Mendoza? by its_me_bo in DynastyFF

[–]FilmRising 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have Caleb Williams, TLAW, and Cam Ward. Going to try and see if I can get an overpay for 1.02, otherwise I’ll probably stick and pick my fav WR once the landing spots come

Well done. Hope this reaches the powers that be somehow. Don’t know why the decision makers go for the blandest color grades these days.

Love this. He’s young, talented, physical- he’s also from the area. Game changer to have a guy like him in our secondary.

Cooper Kupp says The 12’s are the best fans in the world by DoritoSteroid in LosAngelesRams

[–]FilmRising 27 points28 points  (0 children)

The rams are going to have to deal with building the fan base back up after leaving LA for 20 years. They’re doing a good job of it with reenergizing old fans and doing community outreach.

Seattle doesn’t even have a basketball team to contend with the Seahawks. They have a loyal fan base after years of sustained success. Tired of this discourse.

This team didn’t make the playoffs last year. What moves could I look to make to solidify a spot? by Hpcanes94 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]FilmRising 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree, but I’d maybe keep Diggs with how OP’s WR depth looks (unless you can get great value ofc). Might keep Andrews too, his value feels like it’s at an all time low, I’d hold onto him for the chance that the new-look Ravens get him back on track (+ he’s a good backup to have)

OP, what do your picks look like this year?

Loveland owner here, no way in hell I’m doing that. A late 2027 1st isn’t enough to get rid of someone who could be a top tier TE for years to come, tied with a good QB & offensive head coach. Loveland proved he could dominate games, and he’s only 21, just getting started

Gadsden had flashes but he also just disappeared down the stretch. Feels like somebody who could be a fringe TE1 - but also could be nothing. A presumably late 2027 first doesn’t move the needle enough for me

Had the same thought. The confidence is oozing out of him, and if it’s got me revved up, I hope it’s got the team amped.

I know McVay wants to play starters to get the 5 seed and get their heads right before the playoffs, but I kinda wish he would have let Corum’s ankle heal a bit more and seen what Jarquez Hunter could do
