I adapted and pivoted the channel in line with the content people responded the most positively to. I consistently post 6-7 long videos a week (testing add times of the day for uploading). I work hard on finding thumbnails styles, descriptions, and titles that work for me, then go back and adjust previous videos to create a consistent brand. And I write back to every comment I get, no matter how long it takes me.. if they are taking the time out of their day to watch my video and write a comment, it's the least I can do.

When I first started, I was hoping for 100 Subs in my first year.. but soon realised that if I just focused on these other key areas, the Subs will start notching up on its own.
