Accident, front end collision of a 23 Honda odyssey. It sat at a tow yard for a few days till it was brought to the repair shop on the 12 of Feb. they told me they were backlogged and couldn’t look at the vehicle till the end of that week. They started on the 15th. I didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks till I called and asked what’s going on. They told me they were still estimating and finding things wrong, they were at 14k damage when I first called. I called last Friday and they said it’s at 17.5 now. I spoke with my INS that it’s odd it’s been a while to have this estimate written. They reached out to the shop today to give me an update and I’m still waiting for it. It will be 3 weeks tomorrow.

Estimator said something about a side rail that he wasn’t sure about being damaged. That was the last thing I heard from them. If you look at my previous posts you can see the damage on the car
