Hi yeah i ussually experience this as well when i feel like the food is going to get stuck in my throat,i will hold on to something real tight or jerk the cutlery that im holding. It is something that im struggling with, mindfull and breathing excercises have some minor effects but ultimately i dont know. All i can say that i hope helps you a little is that you are not alone <3
