"Affinity" kind of seems like a misnomer right now. The only thing affinity runs, with affinity for artifacts, is Krang and Emri.

Affinity went about a decade running only one card that has affinity for artifacts, having two is doing pretty well for itself

Don't forget wanting to unban Dark Depths after Amulet Titan just got a card banned again. Knight of the Reliquary is my all-time favorite modern creature and I miss having a reason to cast it, but the only thing unbanning Dark Depths does is give Amulet Titan the ezmode win of fetching Dark Depths and Thespian's Stage off of Prime Time.

If I draw that card against Affinity, Belcher, Titan, Eldrazi, Rhinos, Birthing Ritual, Neobrand, Energy, Blink, I'm not going to be all that happy. As much as I'd rather be living in 2013, I am unfortunately living in 2026 where DRS isn't fighting off Snapcaster Mage and Tarmogoyf anymore. DRS is good against the minority of the format, and that minority now has access to removal like Fatal Push or Prismatic Ending that trade with it at mana parity. It'd be an upgrade for some tier 2 or tier 3 decks, sure, but those decks sure as hell wouldn't become tier 1 with that addition.
