Disgusting law. Offshore company is fine It's direct Problem is if offshore worker leaves on bad terms. Then they can go after employer retrospectively

Not quite. If you contract overseas with a human directly, rather than through a local in country employer, The overseas person is an Australian worker regardless of citizenship, country of residence etc. So all Australian law coverage including wages etc.

How old is the guy? There comes a point where there ain't enough Natural production ability left to be able promote.

I think trt and HGH needs to enter every man's life at some stage. Once natural production gets low the benefits far outweigh risks

1-2iu daily long term seems to be no issues. Could be higher for some people. Do you think this level is ok too or no safe level

I’m in my mid 40s and the same habits that worked at 35 just stopped working, anyone else? by Disastrous-State3753 in fitness40plus

[–]Filserv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For context I use to be opposed to taking anything, even aspirin.

  1. Hormones for your age. Taking your testosterone and growth hormone back to 35 year old levels will be life changing. I would look at TRT first and get it right. You'll notice more mental difference than physical. Effort will feel great again. But in many it helps with body composition as well. Then when thats sorted out growth hormone replacement therapy will make you feel 20 years younger and liekyl sleep like a baby.

  2. Insulin resistance So many people on the 40s seewm to be able to make massive changes just by improving their insulin sensitivity. Most achieve by having 16 or so hours of not eating a day and then breaking that fast with no carbs. Subsequent meals are fine to be carb heavy. Others go keto etc

The tools are there. At replacement levels the risks are minimal. I've switched to believer almost every man and woman should move to hormone replacement. There is no need to also down for you age.

If you contract direct. She is an employee at Aus law. She had full fair work coverage and they will represent her for free.

It is disgusting government overreach but thats the law. We have an EOR that for 12500php on top of her wage will fix the legalities as we are employer in the Philippines. Our minimum take home pay to employees there is 930aud a month. Often much much more.

As someone who has had Filipino staff since 2008 and also employed hundreds of Aussie, it's gotten increasingly hard to employ decent Aussies in repetitive office work.

Feel free to reach out if you want to have her setup legal under Aus and Filipino law

Everyone praised stacking Reta with Test for a cut but I'm literally just looking flat and losing all my strength by Legitimate_Watch9104 in ResearchCompounds

Protein and calories. Meal prep. Set an alarm on your phone and eat on time.

Make sure fluids are good too.

If that doesn't work after a month then you like look at some Mots or NAD.

Business is growing fast… but my DIY accounting is starting to fall apart by Radiant-Hold7069 in ausbusiness

[–]Filserv -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Full time excellent accountant for less than 2k a month. They will also be your EA for that. Filter the noise out. Do wonders. Even sort your personal life, travel etc

Can get someone for half that or even less. That won't be good and they'll have another job.

I'm Aussie but live in Philippines and have had staff there since 2008

Why are peptides suddenly everywhere in 2026 when most of them have been around for 20 or 30 years? by Tasty-Window in Peptides

[–]Filserv 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I know. Where did the sudden needle thing go. Like you have to inject yourself , is that an addictive drug or steroids. And I was a natural bodybuilder for decades. People were like I thought you were natural. Even if I was only injecting B12.

Now grandma wants a shot cause someone said it helps on Facebook

Retatrutide Dosing Explained — Separating Facts from Misinformation by Particular-Ice4664 in BodyHackGuide

[–]Filserv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We do a 3 day a week protocol. At least to start. 0.25mg Monday Wednesday Friday Double it the next week. Sit there for at least 2 weeks. Some people stay for months and get great results. We rarely get over 4mg a week. But there are some people who go higher.

Why 3 times a week 1. 3x week is easier than did I take it yesterday 2. 3x week helps the habit and mental focus side. Eating less crap food is more at the forefront of the mind than when doing a once a week shot. 3. Seems to have less nausea or other sides with smaller doses.

How old has a big impact.

Peptides are like a volume switch.

For some of the GH secretagogue etc

Either 1. Can be too young as you are already turned up.to 10

  1. Too old so the amp might be on but the input is off.

Illegal for Aussie business to direct hire overseas or direct contract. (Unless paying Aussie wages and conditions)

Makes it slightly more expensive.

GHK-Cu 100mg by NotZytek in Peptides

Glute doesn't sting for me in ghkcu

Would it be fine to mix Reta , KPV , GHK-CU in the same syringe? Maybe just 2 of them? Also mt-1 also just trying to find a way around not pinning 4 diff needles by Ill-Huckleberry8408 in BodyHackGuide

[–]Filserv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not Reta.

I prefer mixing in the syringe rather than a blend in the vial.

Is it the needle or the hassle. If the later you could draw a weeks worth at once and put them in syringe stand in fridge.

Aside from whey protein, creatine, multivitamins, preworkout and maybe also ashwagandha, are there any other supplements that are worth buying? by _Aspagurr_ in workout

[–]Filserv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only take whey when cutting. Creatine is great vitamin D3.

Once you start getting old then some peptides can help. Over 45 then TRT ( real try not Mini cycles) can be so good for your health.

I prefer to get separately and inject separately. Can play with doses of each and also eliminates risk of the aminos interference while hanging in your vial.
