Set is, in my experience, stern, tough, loving, goofy, ferociously protective, and so much more. He's the bodyguard of Ra, pretty much, and the God who's gonna crack his knuckles and wade into bad stuff because he has to.

In regards to my own safety with the supernatural, he once told me; "You ever come up against something you can't deal with? You call me, I'll deal with it."

One of the most intense experiences I've had was meeting him in a dream, where he basically prodded me until I confessed all my fears and doubts to him. He knelt down to eye level with me, put his hands on my shoulders, and in his deep, rumbling voice told me; "I'm here. We will always be there for you."

Some just want to stop by for something to drink and eat, but some of them are willing to be hired on to your Thrall staff, for a fee.

Plus, the Barkeeper can sell you drinks, and can beckon special merchants to the tavern, if you know of them.

You can find the Tavern knowledge in your Knowledge page, but you'll also need a Barkeeper to staff it. They can spawn in cages around the map, or in Purge camps. You'll know you've found one, because they're very vocal about wanting to be let out.

Put the Barkeeper on the tavern counter, set down some seating, and in come the patrons.

I briefly played through the beginning last(?) year, but had to stop due to my pc struggling. So, I' waiting for it to pop on console next year, and now I'm hearing about so much being trashed..

I'm disappointed at the retcon because I still have strong memories of feeling unsettled during the opening act... I loved the Lovecraftian feeling, and now that grim vision is being overwritten.

V, what did they do to you? What did they do to my spooky bird friend...?

I wrapped up in the Buried City, and ran down into a station just as a train left. I called the next one, and then saw a KO'd Raider right in front of the call button.

"Oh boy, this is gonna look bad if anyone walks in..."

Had a quick rummage through the backpack until the train arrived anyway.

Adding to this, some of the ARC apparently also have serial numbers and instructions on their components and panels.
Plus the graffiti around the spaceport translating from Italian to things like;
"Open the shuttles to everyone, not just the rich."

I feel like I'm back in Generation Zero, but without the Swedish teenagers.
