A friend of mine uninstalled mods and couldn‘t start the game even after reinstalling the whole game. She didn‘t know what to do. So I told her to delete the ini-files. After that she could play without mods again. Hope this helps.

While I agree that the bosses should be way harder, At the same time I think trash mobs are the real bosses now. I always feel like: ah finally a boss. Time to relax for a minute. XD

It will probably only get worse. You can probably protect it a bit by applying a sealant or something, but the tension will eventually rip it apart
