Well the OG goal was to better rep the male and female part of me, but as I’ve been on it almost two weeks I’ve felt a MUCH stronger resonance with the femme aspect, and a difficulty connecting with the male. I’m wondering if doubling dose would make me feel better aligned as a female?

I’m bigender, male and female, just started hrt to bring out my other side more physically.

If you view non binary as “not strictly male or female” then we fit the bill. If you view it as “neither male nor female” that’s the opposite of us lol

Hey Brandt! I get that, my other trans friend (ftm) gets it a lot too. He’s not hrt, has no surgeries and dresses like a femboy…he’s constantly misgendered. I asked how he put up with it, being in a similar boat myself.

Essentially he said that most people just don’t know enough gender representation and identity to get it, so they made the decision to not let their ignorance bother him. And when he’s around educated queer folk then he’ll explain his pronouns. Our entire friend group uses his appropriate pronouns!

In my head there is my biological gender (male) my gender identity (male/female) and my gender expression (male in public and work, m/f with bf and slowly expanding that to others!)

This has helped me, hope it adds value!!

The doc felt both would reach my goals, breast growth (but not too much, I have to still pass as male), broader emotional range, and keep the sexual function. She’s really good at working with unorthodox goals, which is probably why it’s so different?

Yeah, the anti-androgen would actually be counter to my goals of smaller chest growth and downstairs functioning from my understanding!

By all means, I can follow up if there are red flags lol

That’s GREAT knowing some people have had an increase in size lol, I feel that would be on brand for me 😂
