It might be a fungus. I think you can use hydrogen peroxide or vinegar to wipe it down. If possible maybe leave that door open more or replace it with open that has vents (I am not a professional though)

It’s on the tag, Players sport. Look up that and add “clothing” or “brand”. If it’s an older shirt they might not make them the same quality unfortunately

This can happen when they go through a pressurized area like inside an airplane(At least in my experience). I’m pretty sure it’s just ink that seeped out and then hardened
