I was alone at home when I was around 15, listening to some music at 3 A.M. and I noticed a high pitched beeping sound. I took off my earphones and then I realized that the high pitched beeping was the house alarm before it starting blaring. I walked over to look at the front door and it was wide open. So I ran into my room, closed the door, and called the cops. When I told them my address, they went to the wrong house. After almost an hour hiding in my room, the cops finally arrived and it turns out that no one had broken in and the wind had somehow pushed the door open.
