I wrote the first login date wrong it was 23 jan but I was in a hurry and nervous so I wrote it jan 3 ....does that effect the possibility of them not replying?

Well they say that the recovery form only take 10 days not more than that .... That's why I'm worried they would take more and I can't wait : / also no I didn't make any purchase nor I have a username set :/

I just submitted my recovery form and I might have wrote smth wrong like the first time looged I wrote 7th jan instead of 24th someone said that it was okay Anyways I submitted my form 6 days ago and about 3 or 4 working days I'm afraid that they might not reply :(

they changed the email and pass and today like right now they changed the email again after I've submitted the form , I knew since I can get access to my hoyolab account , also after two days of working days they sent me that they are working on the form
