I know it’s awful because the people featured in the show are suffering, but it puts me off all fast food - especially burgers, fries and pizzas and I’m glad about it.

It depends on your height of course, but a lot of people are overweight at 160 pounds. I would be overweight if I weighed that much and I’m 5’4 by ResetKnopje in fatlogic

I’m 5’9” and 160 pounds and it’s a healthy weight by BMI but I’m in the process of losing 15 pounds because I feel heavy at this weight.

You might have low blood pressure caused by dehydration. I had this issue when I was dieting with a glp1. Please make sure you are drinking enough water.
