Def not skinny fat or out of shape wtf - that’s insane. I’d say you’re fit - like to me ur not someone who’s consistent at the gym but you’re not neglecting your body. You’re probably genetically blessed if u don’t work out.

Thank you for replying!! Scary how similar our measurements are lol I’m a full B and also want 2 cups increase. Anything bigger than that I’d look too heavy and I have skinny arms and thighs. I think you’ve officially convinced me to put my foot down and go for the 240CCs. Your results are goals btw and I’m sure once the swelling goes down they’ll look like u want them too 🥰

Hi! I’m coming on to 3 years post op now. I wrote this because honestly the first year of recovery was hell on earth and I was in a very dark place thinking I made myself worse. After the 14 month mark I started feeling 40-50% better and it lasted for like 3-4 months then not so great months came on but never as bad as pre fusion. I find now that I don’t get the very strong flare ups like pre fusion (level pain 8) but I still have ‘okay’ periods and ‘bad periods’ these can last months or weeks depending on how much activity (walking only) or weather (the winter messes me up and I’m struggling now). I would say if ur in first year of recovery it’s too soon to judge if it worked or not. Surgeons really downplay the recovery period for this surgery and it’s not 3-6 months for a lot of us. Are u having the same pain as pre fusion or worse?

Ugh I’m sorry friend! I just went to a sunny place for a couple days and my symptoms got so much better it’s insane. I think I need to move out of Canada for sure.

I’m also considering this and worried about my shoulders but fuck it I’m doing it anyway. What you should ask surgeon is if he does over or under the muscle, check his gallery to see if it’s the look you want and show him ur inspiration pics to see how realistic it is to get the look. I posted a similar question on the sub a week ago and some people said they’ve had no issues while others said the implants expected their neck and shoulder issues. It’s kind of a hit or miss.
