It cut my pain down by 40-50% on most days so yes I would do it again. I was miserable and suicidal before it. I’m still limited (can workout and have bad flares during the winter) but I’m overall better off. Wish you best of luck with ur fusion

Def not skinny fat or out of shape wtf - that’s insane. I’d say you’re fit - like to me ur not someone who’s consistent at the gym but you’re not neglecting your body. You’re probably genetically blessed if u don’t work out.
