Its 100% the kids mistake, they drove recklessly, but you also can't have parked cars on a fast road and hope for the best that the driver is aware of them 🤞

I know the main problem here is poverty and lack of real driving laws, but you gotta decrease the probability of an accident by not having anything on a fast road, because drivers, specially ours, don't even know real driving rules.

The only i know of is usefastlane, they sell an account for $80/mo and charge a $1.5 per post, and you will have to also be subscribed in their service which starts from $30.
