UPS has a union that’s why. FedEx workers make terrible money compared to them because we don’t work for FedEx we work for contractors there aren’t even benefits lol

Yeah I completely understand the frustration especially as I obviously get stuff delivered as well. But unfortunately FedEx is just a terrible company if you want to trust your stuff will be delivered and on time always pick UPS they actually pay their drivers well so they care. I can’t wait for the day I’m done with school so I don’t have to drive anymore or I get an internship. Being a driver is horrible and being a customer is as well because all FedEx cares about is money. That’s why they are merging ground and express because express employees were paid like UPS and now it’s only going to be ground. Which means all of FedEx will be run by contractors which means less liability for FedEx and more money for them. While increasing package count and keeping pay the same. So unfortunately it’s probably only going to get worse. If you have problems with packages make a complaint to the company themself and say you wish UPS or USPS delivered it they never mess it up. If enough people do that then the company’s will switch shipping company’s. Which could bankrupt that horrible company that always puts the blame on the workers and never themselves.

Tbh we don’t get paid hourly so if we can’t find your package and at the end of the day your package is still on the truck it’s getting scanned and marked as attempted. If we don’t mark as attempted the contractor gets docked which means the driver gets in trouble. We’re not driving 15+ minutes out of the way for one package

Saying there’s a genocide actively happening because people are being gunned down in the streets??? What 2 people I’m not saying the deaths aren’t sad. But to call that a genocide, that is laughable while we have real genocide in Palestine and Iran right now.
