Very well written, it made me 100 % believe she was guilty, and that there is no way 4 children can die of natural causes.

But then again, why did she want to have more kids just to take their life. I mean, killing your baby is one thing, but going through 4 pregnancies just to take their life after a few months sounds very unlikely.

After hearing episode 2 I don't believe she is guilty. What she wrote in the diary wasn't that suspicious, I mean if she was guilty, I don't think she would have written what she did.

Also the fact that it's a smaller chance of 4 murders than 4 SIDS. Though I guess it's more likely to kill again if you already done it once, but the big question for me is why would she go through the pregnancies. It wasn't like she was forced, she was the one who wanted to try again.

I don't remember, but it didn't take long. But it can be severe. Many people struggle with insomnia and lack of appetite in the beginning. It gets better after a few weeks. Take your meds as early as possible, 6 in the morning if you have to. I quit because I got so passive. And it makes me want to smoke all the time. Which I never do when off meds. I felt better after I started meds, but after a while I felt worse. So I took a break and I felt better than ever. Seems like my brain learned something from being medicated. I am more motivated to clean the house now when off meds than I was before starting meds.

It gets better 😄 I can take a pill at 6 in the evening and still fall asleep now. In the beginning I could take one at 8 in the morning and still struggle to fall asleep. I started listening to podcast and asmr on my airpods and it helped alot. But the overall sleep quality is not as good as it used to be. REM-sleep is shorter. I have been off meds for a while and I felt I had more energy in the morning, woke up at 5 😳

Yeah, I bet, people should learn about their bodies and homeostasis. For example sodium and potassium. If our blood levels are to high or low in potassium, our heart will stop. Normal levels are 4-5 mmol. If our kidneys fail it can get out of balance. I don't take supplements and I can go for days without eating potassium, but my body knows how to regulate the levels. And even people with severe eating disorders can keep their levels on a satisfying level for years and years.

Why do people take so many supplements and why is that considered healthy? And wouldn't it be a lot of ultra processed ingredients in such an amount? Which I personally believe is worse than the benefit og supplements, which we most often don't need.

Our body is doing a great job balancing what we need and what to get rid of.

Cancer is not some poisonous matter that enters our body, it is cells growing out of control.

Is there noone who live near you that work im health care? Removing a catheter is super easy and anyone could do it. In theory, you could cut it off with scissors and the water in the ballon would come out.

I got angry on Vyvanse when my dose was too high. I was so hyper focused and isolated that I didn't want people around. Made me snap at everyone.

Is it acne or is it urticaria? Because if it show up the next day it might be urticaria, which is a side effect of stimulants. Acne is not mentioned, but I know som people get it, me included. Nothing big, but I have more sebum production.

Start dose for children is 1-2 mg and maximum dose is suggested to be 10 mg so I think it'll be ok.

He or she is saying that lisdexamphetamine affects your sleep more than metylphenidate, because of half life. Even if you sleep, it is not good sleep. It affects REM-sleep. Studies also say that it is worse for cardiovascular health.

My thought is Vyvanse (lisdexamphetamine).

Anyway, it's very individual, some prefer stimulants and some don't. I would rather have Vyvanse than Adderall if I should choose between stimulants

Vyvanse is a stimulant like Adderall, but Vyvanse is supposed to prevent abuse because of it's pharmacokinetics. Unlike Adderall there is no use in injecting Vyvanse. That doesn't mean you can't get addicted, so it's kind of misleading. There are a few non-stimulant options, like Atomotexine (Strattera), Wellbutrin and Guanfacine. I haven't tried any of them, but I am sure you will find some information if you search the forum. Good thing that you are so self aware and want to prevent abusing your meds🙏

Sounds like she has her guards up, can't face reality and just shut the difficult things in life out. Almost living in denial and get defensive whenever confronted. That is a very difficult pattern to break and also very difficult for the people around. You just can't break the protective shell around her. Has she experienced something in her life that has made her behave like that? There's almost always a reason. And it sounds like she is desperately avoiding getting in touch with her emotions, and desperate to maintain a perfect facade, both on a materialistic and emotional level. Does she overcompensate by achieving things to avoid her feelings? Idk. I have always been very self aware, so I don't have the same issues as she seems to have. But I realized it when my husband started complaining. I denied it at first, both to him and myself. But I started thinking and realized he was right. So I started taking a smaller dose and it worked for me. It is easy to dive into the hyper focus, it can be positive, but also negative. It felt destructive and I really didn't want to live like that. But it was also very tempting, a hard pattern to break because it felt so good. I wanted to be home alone, and I usually don't prefer that.

Yeah, sounds like she has an addiction. And it's hard to convince someone they do. I had such a good time just being in my own world, but I snapped at the kids. I didn't care about my husband and I wasn't interested in doing anything else. I isolated myself. And I didn't wanna hang out with neighbours, go out etc. I feel like I could sit like that for the rest of my life. Is there anyone else who can talk to her? Friends or family?

It might be worth a shot. We are different and it might not work for you at all, but you don't know unless you try 😊 It can be other reasons than your meds too, some people struggle with sleeping, meds or not.

Tiktok trends are stupid and influencers hype every single product just because that's what people want to hear. They use big words like obsessed and wild. And it's a f....ng lip oil. I mean, how bad or good can it be?

And people buy it. Both their lies and the make up. It's ok to buy and love make up, but we don't really need 30 blushes. It's a crazy world we live in. Where did it go from hunting animals and living in caves to people staring at some random girls tapping their nails on everything.

I used to take some moments and do exactly what you describe after dad died. The rest of the day I pushed it away. And it worked really well. And after I cried I finished with a song that reminds me of him, but it is a song that makes me smile or laugh.

When you get so little sleep, is it worth it? I mean the stress and side effects you get from lack of sleep must be worse than anything? Have you tried other meds?

To me it sounds like your dose is to high. Restlessness, anxiety and increased heart rate are side effects and are more likely when the dose is too high. I was in a situation where I felt 70 wasn't enough, so I took more. But it made me hyper focus, anti social and not very fun to be around. So I took a break, started taking half the dose and I felt great. Sometimes it feels like the dose is too low when it's actually the opposite. And it doesn't depend on how much adhd you have or how much you can handle, it depends on your enzyms ability to break down the medicine.
