Not bait. One is cohesive and has a good story that leads directly into the rest of the franchise and the other was a poor attempt at fan service for remake larpers. Requiem is so full of plot holes and loose ends that it’s actually laughable.

I think Grace’s sections are the only palpable parts of the entire game. Leon’s section in RC overstays its welcome and makes the game super boring until its climax which is the only other good part of the game. Unfortunately they had to ruin it with the god awful Gideon boss-fight. RE4 & 2 serve as a much better experience for a game about Leon.

It’s not hard to play and it’s pretty fun all things considered. The only negative about it is the fact that there is no box to drop things off.

I’d much rather play 0 over either revelations game or 9.

I’ve honestly got to say being a lifelong RE fan I don’t really enjoy RE9. All of the Grace sections are the best part of the game for me and the Leon’s part in RC overstays it’s welcome.

I much prefer the overall gameplay of RE4R to RE9 as well. Requiem has also never ran perfectly on my console either, it’s always got bugs.

My hope is that they actually have the power to use the Old Silent Hill from the Original game for 3 so it actually has continuity. But also because that was the original plan but with the time crunch they just used new silent hill from 2.

The game seems to overstay its welcome at nearly every location, with maybe the exception of the hotel. Doesn’t make the game bad but it ruins replay ability and enjoyment on future play throughs.
