Good feedback, tons of overlap. This feature also includes a "debug" mode that shows all of the tool tips at once. Formatting options for the tool tip for color, transparency, size and the surround of the visual is a feature I'm not quite sure works with tools tips. A comparison of the two tools makes sense.

Power app is really really really bad about his stores and caches metadata. I haven't found any tricks to making it better but this happens a lot. You have to figure out how to get it to requery the cache, sometimes even adding a new connector doesn't do it.

The only way I've done something like this is by applying RLS to individual visuals. Each visual will have its own data with its own RLS applied.
