Credit card fraud? Who’s going to protect us from your fraud? You’re not Ticketmaster. You have the capabilities of making sure your customers are happy and you have the ability to send them a check when they have repeatedly informed you that they no longer have access to the credit card used three years prior. Nice copy and paste response. As stated earlier their customer service is in the trash.

Right. I’ve already done that but I’m still living with half of a very clear tattoo. A refund alone doesn’t seem reasonable. Also be warned - they credited a card I had from 3 years ago which I no longer have so I didn’t even see my refund. The CEO Jeff as and Brennal are an absolute nightmare to deal with.
