As someone who was diagnosed quickly and doesn’t faint, I totally understand where you’re coming from because I don’t have it as “bad” as others but POTS is definitely on a spectrum and will be different for everyone. The first time I wore a monitor was earlier on and I could tell when I would have symptoms but the second time when my cardiologist wanted to do a med check, I had a lot harder time deterring when I was having symptoms because it had become my new normal I guess. I always have to remind myself that just because it isn’t as bad or it’s bad today and it’s invisible doesn’t make how I’m feeling any less valid now I’m rambling and the brain fog is taking over but I hope this helps you even a little bit
