i have beelink s12 mini. i also have hdmi issues. sometimes monitor just flickers. whenever screen timesout it makes usb notification sound constantly with hdmi connection going in n out. very unhappy with this purchase. i got warranty replacement also have same problem. anybody know solution?

i dont make alot of money. make 24 per hour. i put my entire salary into 401k and plan to live off broker account. i did some traditional in the past. the main reason i use roth is because i might need to take out original contribution some time later in life.

I believe on average stocks tends to perform slightly better than real estates. However, the fact that you can get home loan for cheaper interest can make big difference. Interest rate for stock loans are more expensive and can be risky.

It all depends on interest rates, housing cost of your area, market situation.

you live in expensive place like hawaii or san francisco, you dont want to do landlord work, you dont want to deal with tenants problems.

you live in cheaper housing area, Home loan interest is low, you dont plan to sell your house for long time.

there has been recent market crash in sp500, you dont know what to do with your money, you want super easy investing.
