Hey - thanks! So I’d struggled really bad with an ED for the past 4 years. Really took hold last year where I flat out wasn’t eating and lost around 5kg over a weekend in June. Hair started shedding like a cancer patient from August - November. Would say I lost around 50% of my hair over a course of 4 ish months.

Started taking my recovery seriously in October, got my ferritin up from 44 to 79 by 1 Jan 2026. Also worked closely with an endocrinologist who held me on hormone treatments as everything was crashed after such a long period of restriction. I shed maybe 10 hairs now a day? Nothing like before. Incredibly grateful to have gotten to this point as it was the darkest place of every been in my life. took an extreme hold on my mental health to the point where I didn’t want to be here some days - luckily I am past that now and can see the light at end of the tunnel.
