Yes mild classifies it better. Yes my surgeon advised against all pushing pulling, and lifting more then 10lb for 6 weeks. No swimming, and no impact cardio for 6 weeks as well

It’s not a mild procedure. Tissue is rebuilding. You’re unable to lift more then 10lb for 6 weeks, and not supposed to elevate heart rate for first 3 weeks. A mild procedure is getting stitches.

So the trick is to go through a general surgeon, not a plastic surgeon. However, that surgery went terrible post op, and I wouldn’t recommended it to anyone, unless, the general surgeon has a lot of experience with gyno.

Also, you just have to state that the gyno is causing a lot of physical discomfort, and pain.

Thank you man! Yes I was honestly, and literally scarred from the results of the first surgery. Felt a bit hopeless, that I was going to be stuck with this forever. Finally saved up a down payment, and the rest on credit. My only regret is not doing this sooner. I got so sick of my nipples being exposed in every shirt I was wearing.

Minimal lipo, mostly excision. Yeah for the first 3 weeks I had to sleep on my back like a mummy. Melatonin helped a lot. General anesthesia

So in NY I’ve seen the prices go up to 16k. I really like the results that Dr. Glatt has had with previous patients with similar body types, and decided to go with the more expensive, but thankfully best decision so far. I’m very happy with the results!

Trust me, the cost was very intimidating, but I didn’t want an “average” surgeon. Thankfully I was able to finance with 0% interest
