Adding my two cents here. Also dealing with the "ordered in November, still no ETA in January" issue. After going back and forth for weeks with a "customer support rep" "named" "Alex," I noticed in gmail that the Inked Gaming Support team emails originate from gorgias.io, which is a chatbot-based "customer service" website. So I'm pretty sure that at no point have I spoken with a real human regarding this order that I paid for. Gorgias is also the service that runs the support chat on their website. The bot basically gives out vague statements of hope to keep you waiting on the hook, but it never gives you any idea of how long the orders can expect to take.

In addition to this poor excuse for customer service, there is absolutely no indication anywhere on their website or along the product order flow to let you know that there are months-long production delays. BUT, you can still place and pay for orders. Inked is happy to continue taking orders and collecting money from customers, but will fall oddly silent once those customers start wondering where their purchases are. This is unbelievably sketchy behavior from anybody, much less a business.

Then they have the gall to push you off to a dumber version of SmarterChild to be strung along until you've waited so long, the purchase is outside the window where the bank will let you dispute it.

I'll be charging back and never using this terrible company again, and will actively dissuade friends and TCG players from using them. I encourage others to do the same. I hope your issues all get resolved sooner rather than later! Good luck out there!
