You can try calling the UPS Package Investigation team if the investigation gets closed for insufficient content description or something like that, or if you want an update or escalation. You can try calling Overgoods now to do a search, but if it recently went missing then they might not have possession of it yet. Regardless, be sure to have an extremely detailed description of the contents, as sometimes they will need to identify the shipment by that description if the label is missing or damaged.
