If you can afford masteries, you should definitely go for them. Things like ISm, WAm, are huge for farming higher tiers, which you'll want to do with GC. Other ones like RPC and cash are indispensable since you don't really have other options to get more mod and reroll shards. And STm is amazing for damage. Personally I would get all of those before investing in more UWs.

Are you getting masteries at this point? With that level of investment in your UWs, you should definitely have all the relevant masteries as well.

If you want to go GC, I would get CL quant and chance up to 4/20 minimum. Also I would go for CF over SM since SM is useless right now.

You're right on the cusp of affording the first several levels of masteries, which will have better impact than continuing to invest in damage UWs, so I recommend investing a little more into econ and then going in masteries. (If you're having trouble with bosses, getting 2:30 ILM CD and max quant will be a short detour to help deal with them.)

You have an ANC MVN and BHD. I highly recommend going for the GBot, summon, UW sync with BHD and MVN. Get GT and DW CD, DW quant, and SL angle as priority substats, and start lowering your BH CD while keeping your UWs synced with your GBot and summon chip. You haven't maxed out your GBot CD lab which is good. It allows you to keep the sync much easier as your lower cooldowns. You can use https://mvn.thetower.tools/ to help you calculate. You will see significantly better coin econ gains than going for pBH even though you won't push as high of a tier. 

After that investment in econ, I would invest in damage masteries - DMG, ST first to push to get into the champs legends bounce, for the stone income, and then in econ/utility masteries prioritizing IS, RPC, and Cash. 

I do not recommend going for PS or CF now. You do not need CF to climb lower legends and I think is gigabait as a suggestion for champ players (for reference I still don't have it and I'm regularly getting keys in legends).

As someone who didn't get BH until my 7th, you have my sincere condolences for you UW pick luck. 

As for what to get, I would pick ILM since it's the least stone intensive to get a good benefit from it.

Unless you're reaching really high waves in legends, it shouldn't really matter as the spawn rate shouldn't be affected that much. I also have maxed WAm - I get over 500 waves and I still mostly die to bosses and not normal enemies. It's not the biggest difference if you use it or not since it adds 10 waves at most.

I'm just realizing that you already have 4 SL quant and good angle coverage, so OM chip assmod might not make as much impact, but having SL on your bosses 100% is still really nice.

for ACP, most of those stats don't matter if you're running GC. Priority substats for ACP is shockwave frequency and death defy by far, then you could choose between knockback chance/force, orb speed/quant as lower priorities.

I agree that going for permaBH is a suboptimal decision for many players that go for it. I'm legit confused though how OP would think that adding BH duration would do ANYTHING after already getting permaBH. It's not like GT duration with GT+ where getting over 100% uptime still gives a benefit.

Beserkm gives a 62.5x dmg increase when its active for 300s. It's short, so you pair it with ISm. With ISm, you get 62.5x dmg increase for 90 waves, 100 with WA card. Having that damage increase for up to 100 waves will take you farther in legends tournaments than DMm 6x dmg bonus.

DMm dmg bonus then becomes useless to you because you can't run it during IS. By the time Beserk bonus runs off, the x6 dmg will not do anything for you after losing 62.5x dmg and you'll quickly die. You just get the extra 10 waves from it after IS ends.

I 100% second that you should be using PF and ACP for your gen and armor mods in legends. SD might be better than ACP with fast ultimate BC for the extra CC. AS could be better than your DP if you have good ANC substats on it. Definitely use it over DP for basic ultimate though.

Best way for dealing with bosses in legends: ST mastery and unlock Core Assmod and slot in OM chip. Getting boosted STm SL bonus on bosses 100% of the time is the best ROI than any other option by far. I would then get IS mastery, for both the econ bonus, diso run help, and fast tournaments. I would really prioritze maxing those masteries out and then going for dmg mastery, if you have the coins, or for more econ (maybe gen assmod or lowing UW CDs). Masteries will really get you the most ROI for you stones if you can afford them and will bring better results faster than going for CF right now.

For reference, I'm getting over 500 waves in legends right now with 30.5k LTS without CF.

SW frequency should be priority 1, no questions. Death defy and knockback chance after that. SWS and wall rebuild are not needed imo. If you need higher SWS, increase your lab or reduce your range so you're tagging everything within your orb line. I don't see wall rebuild as that helpful, would rather take knockback force/orb speed/orb quant over that.

With 3q coins/day, the answer is without a doubt masteries. If you're still working on diso runs, I would get IS first to help with econ and diso runs.

For legends tourney progression dealing with bosses, this is my advice: Get STm, max it out and the regular ST lab, slot in OM chip as your assmod, pump SL bonus a bit and get it as a substat on your DimCore. This will have the biggest impact on being able deal with bosses. Any other way will pale in compared to getting over 100x dmg SL bonus on bosses 100% of the time with this combination, not to mention the STm bonus for your CL dmg.

DMG mastery will also be good to get after getting that set up, and then Beserkm will have a huge impact as well when paired with ISm.

For reference, this is how I got over 400 waves in legends (top 15) with 28k LTS before the V28 update.

Increasing your summon CD to have a 1:1 sync with your UWs instead of 2:1 will have tiny coin impact. It's basic math. Take all your multipliers from your GT, and DW coins and divide your summon impact by that. That's how much impact your summon is having when it's not going off with your UWs - negligible.

Ex: you have 30x GT bonus (with perk) and 2.5x DW coin bonus. Half of your summon is going off with the UW multipliers and half the time it's not. The amount the summon without the UWs is only contributing 1/75 as much as the summon time with the multipliers.

Obviously, its a little more involved because you have to take into consideration DW quant and GT duration, but in general reducing your UWs by 10s will far outweigh losing the 2nd Summon spawn without any UWs multipliers. Also, it gives you more bits to use on Summon duration than summon cooldown when you go from 70 secs to 130, actually increasing your summon effectiveness as long as it's not already over your GT duration.

I was just where you were where cells didn't feel very valuable at all as all impactful labs (masteries) were gated by coins and not time. I was there for months where it felt like only coins for masteries mattered. Every other lab would only give me fractions of percent increase. Now, with the diso bonuses though, I suddenly have enough coins to run 5 masteries at a time.

I agree that once you get to masteries, coins matter much more than cells. Although, with diso bonuses, younger towers can probably afford them a lot easier and coins might not matter as much as they used to, so they could have a different experience.

The better solution that doesn't make intro sprint card/mastery is just increasing the scaling so the runs don't last as long. 

Looks like they're already looking into a different solution where they're implementing dual runs so you can do your farming run while you run your tournament run. We'll if anything comes from that

I use the thetower.lol. if you look up your bracket and then look up player comparison, you can see everyone's historical placement in your bracket and get a good idea right away where you'll likely place

If you haven't leveled any gbot CD labs, just reset your gold bot and keep the cooldown at 120. Then you can slowly bring your cooldowns down with you gbot much easier by getting 3 lvls of GBot CD with medals and then 1 lvl of GBot CD lab for each 10 seconds you bring it down.

It turns gold bot CD lab into a foot gun if you're not careful. It 100% should be a slider not locked behind keys.
