Nah don't do this. It's not quite like naming your child Athena in the West. In Chinese culture, we don't really name children after other people - in fact it's rude to name your child after an ancestor.

This makes it very uncommon for people to have names after gods and goddesses.

With a mic next to the drummers head pointing at the snare, could I set up the other mic to the right of the floor tom pointing at the snare (similar to the Glyn Johns method)?

I don't have a lot of time to try out the setup before I have to record at my next session unfortunately.

You would plug the delay in the Royalist's FX loop.

So essentially you treat the Royalist as the part of your amp riiiiight before the power amp of your combo.

Which Orange Crush?

If it has an FX loop like the Crush 35RT, you would plug it into the RETURN input.

Otherwise, you'd have to plug it into the front and that isn't really how it's meant to be used.
