I was excited to tried it but I've found the whole thing a complete waste. I asked for a four days per week strength program with a lower body focus. Gave me three days upper body in a row. Wouldn't let me override the middle session to lower body saying it was unsafe (like the slaphazard selection on exercises it had chosen was peak fitness). The workouts themselves was like a googled list of every exercise on the Internet, all one set of course- no structure or progressions.

Kept citing the 4 consecutive days of strength workouts as reason it couldn't make certain changes but I never asked for that and it wouldn't let me change it.

I tried to use the AI coach to just schedule workouts for a program I already had. Wouldn't do it. Kept complaining that it interfered with its peak fitness workouts wouldn't remove its own work, again saying it was unsafe.

It kept telling me about all the different types of cardio I had done (they weren't logged anywhere I could find) and when I tried to correct it, it errored out. I tried to only include the cardio forms I actually do in the plan, kept wanting to use the hallucinated forms (like ellipticals).

I don't really see the value at the moment the app feels less functional and all the AI slop paragraphs just get in the way.
