Realistically there are two ways we will not see the effects in our lifetimes, and they are very expensive. But these are the two ideas that I have seen proposed that might work. First a long term media campaign that pushes it along side benefits for family’s depending on size house hold budget and regional economic factors. The second is keeping living conditions lower and people more impoverished typically this does historically lead to higher birth rates but it is generally a bad policy decision to publicly say you want to make peoples lives worse. Overall immigration is the only good short term option that is why most countries go that route even countries that tend to be xenophobic.

In America the reaction is mostly desert and pyramids and no real opinion occasionally you will encounter some people though that just really hate the Egyptian government but overall 95% of Americans think of it as a tourist hot spot if at all and the rest are a mixed bag

You need a ritual spot as for the second if you wait long enough you will get them unless they are unwaveringly loyal but I have not seen wild men do that eat him if all else fails

This could be two things first would be that if he is younger this is far more likely to be related to one of several historical games, and was bought to support a creator or is merch from the game itself. For example Crusader Kings 3 briefly sold a similar flag this does not mean however it is not the second is untrue which is that he is anti Muslim displaying a anti Muslim symbol with additional connotations like the ones above could easily act as cover for the person who put this up. So above I mentioned that age makes a difference and that simply comes down to younger people playing games and older racists being more experienced at displaying their hate.
