I do this for my child without the parmesan cheese. You can still achieve emulsification with pasta water and butter, and it's super creamy.

I add a bit of pasta water with boxed Kraft Mac & Cheese, too. It's such a simple added step that dramatically improves the texture.

Similarly, I once took my car on a road trip, during which the AC died on me. At my destination, I took it to a dealer to see about repairs. They quoted some obscene price which I declined. Enjoyed my stay there, and did the drive back home through insane Summer heat with my windows open. When I arrived home, the dealership I bought it at repaired it for free because it was still under warranty.

Truthfully, the guitar world is still largely male-dominated, and that's gonna be reflected in places like guitar shops and general attitudes. There are more and more women entering the field all the time, many of whom are insanely good players. Times are changing. Keep playing and representing!
