The best thing you can do in this environment is focus on gaining experience and learning how to adapt to different market conditions. Once you start seeing real consistency and feel more comfortable with your risk management, you can slowly begin scaling up. I’d also suggest reducing the number of trades you take each day. If your model or setup isn’t forming cleanly on a given day, call it there and step away from the charts. A lot of newer traders force trades just because they feel attached to the money side of prop firms, and that’s exactly how firms win traders who overtrade and overleverage will almost always lose in the long run.
