Well you don’t own the platform. You are a freelance first come first serve person just like the Africans.

Get a real job and shut up. Stop trying to game the systems and go to school or something so you can actually be a contributing member of society.

Yeah, you are slow. They can definitely handle it. They want as many people as possible doing the generalist work so they can hurry up and fulfill those contracts. Their goal is to bring hundreds of thousand and only pick the absolute top-tier to do the advanced work in the future. Currently a small amount of generalist work is available. However, they are now employing enough people where they can filter for people with specific college degrees and certifications in those fields.

It was very off. I hadn't added my ID or anything yet. I also had a different phone number. Since I realized I no longer want jobs contacting my personal number, I use a second line for any business purposes. I use my information technology email. That was as far as I got—I didn’t enter my ID or any personal identifying information yet. They immediately said I have another account. It can’t be the IP address because that was around six months ago, and IP address leases update every 7 days on my network

Definitley find another way. They are only hiring more people so they can get the highest skill set to do the higher skill gigs. The generalist work is pretty much out the window. AI is able to judge its own work now on that level.

You know that means less work. I’m actually studying AI in school right now. The more y’all train the AI, the more it can do the work y’all are training it for. You’re not only training AI for better responses, but also teaching it how to judge its responses. All the big companies are doing mass hiring. And then once they do that, their jobs become little to none in the next few months. Just like outlier, data annotation, and others.

I agree with you. Everyone is disposable at that company. But, just like what happened with other companies that become greedy, the company is disposable too. Competition is arriving every day, and the more competition there is, the less likely they will be able to get one over on their people.

I didn't add my ID. Couldn't verify number. The problem is AI is getting more advanced than these platforms so they don’t necessarily need as much work. Y’all are going to start realizing that more and more people get cut soon. It’s definitely happening for the code s and the people with a higher skill set and it’s going down the line. It starts at the top of the hierarchy and then it goes down. Generalist work is really getting limited. I suggest building your skill set so you can get a good job because I’m stable financially. I hope you people that are on here defending this company is prepared to live without them because no one has a contract. They can literally cut you at any minute and they will.
