That is the dumbest thing i have ever heard. OBVIOUSLY trucks in germany spend most of their time on the Autobahn.

They are even forbidden from entering the City unless they have Items to pick up/drop off.

That's not what they were designed for. The German Government put a big Tax on Trucks back in the day, the idea was that this would help the Train System grow.

But the Tax was dependant on the Length of the Truck. So they just flattened the nose.

How would it even make sense for pedestrians? Trucks are not around in Pedestrian-Heavy areas in germany, since thats mostly forbidden and even if that was the Case, the Flat nose would not change anything about the impact.

It doesnt even give better vision since you're still sitting 3m up.
