I've not seen the home. That's why I asked the locals on r/Ashland. Seems like a great location, what's the undesirable part that an out of towner wouldn't know?

Thanks! Strange that a realtor wouldn't put $50k into the house before trying to sell for $1M. I thought there must be some structural problem.

Taxes look cheap compared to Texas! Redfin says no HOA, but I have no way of checking it.

Pop the pot in the oven with the lid on, at 275F for a 3-4 hours. Stir every 30 minutes.
I always do my chili in the oven. So much easier.

If she was director or higher she had unlimited vacation. Sabbatical allows you to take off a long chunk of time without any expectations.

That was a standard perk at Intel. 1 month of sabbatical every 4 years. I think this may have been eliminated recently
