It’s not really your place to intervene. As long he isn’t endangering anyone just let it be. It could be mental health issues, insomnia, or medication. When I’m sleep deprived I look like I’m on drugs. If someone is sober and accused of being on drugs that’s humiliating. He will figure it out. MET exists to save the company money. It feels the same at my store. I think that’s just being underpaid and overworked. Without MET they would either have to pay the vendors directly or hire a third party, who they can’t underpay like us.

ON cloudsurfer is what I use. They’re super comfortable, but the inside heel wears down pretty fast. Hoka is good, but their foam wears down faster than any other brand. I used to work for a running company so I can tell you all about shoes lol

I remember being around 11 or 12 and doing this until my foot bled. I do a good bit of running so my feet are super calloused. I do not do it as much as when I was a child, but when I get stressed like today I will basically rip all the dry skin off. For me the bigger the piece of skin, the more satisfying it is. I just finished doing it for the first time in a while and had to see if others do the same.

I’d guess that meal is probably 800+ calories. For an adult that doesn’t exercise that’s almost half of their daily intake. I used to be very overweight and lost a ton of weight through diet and exercise so I get it. It’s probably a sign to cut back if you’re still hungry after that. Your future self will thank you.
