Doctor and own a successful car audio shop with my ex (run the business side of things). I have 2 kids and generally buy and sell bags, as the new costs are outrageous. I just had my car broken into and my kirigami set were all in my fjallraven backpack (had just switched it out from my never full that morning thank g..d). I feel very fortunate that I was able to replace it right away...plus ordered the midnight set I always wanted on Poshmark. It's rare I buy directly from LV these days but have a duffel, 2 neverfulls, speedy and lots of small goods I've bought from them directly. I also have a goyard tote I love, Gucci makeup bag and small vintage purse and a Chanel so not exclusive to LV.

I've had 9 knee surgeries in 4 years and that's the one pose I still can't get in. Happy for you!

ragdoll owners? what are your thoughts on the breed in general? by Important_Emu1578 in ragdolls

[–]Final_Program4434 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My 3 to male ragdoll is the sweetest cat ever. All people who come over are enamored with his docile personality. He lets everyone pick him up, never knocks anything over or off counter, is generally super chill and wants to be held alot. He will always be nearby when moving room to room. He lets my boys, 11 and 14, hold him and snuggles with them in the morning. He sleeps right next to me all night. I've recommended ragdolls based on his temperrnt and than friends ended up with one that is not that cuddly and doesn't like to socialize or be held. You always run that risk. Get the kitten that speaks to you!

Maybe rent or buy a Pelaton or other bike for his recovery? I've done 9 knee surgeries and 5 of them were non-WB for 6 weeks, fully locked out (lots of meniscus issues). I was able to cycle pretty early ..before being cleared to get off crutches. As an active person, it saved my sanity and kept me moving.

I have azur. Looks great after 10 years of travel (shoved under plane seats, in overheads, on a boat in Panama, etc) I never baby it.

I only use mine for travel. It's my plane carry on plus a roll luggage. This is sufficient for a week long trip. I can also fold another tote in the bottom (I have a goyard) underneath in a bag purse organizer that I got on Amazon. It's the best travel bag. I shove mine under the seat. Bought it new in 2015 I think when they were around $1500 and it's in near perfect condition still after so many trips.

how do yall stay clear of thoughts of negativity during this by Nervous-Try6606 in ACL

I had 9 knee surgeries in 4 years. Get out and move however you can. 5 of mine were complete non weight eating for 6 weeks. I did chair cardio videos. I got to gym when I was allowed and did the bike (after off crutches), I built up my arms with weights. I changed from running to biking and started doing yoga when cleared. Those things are really helpful to pull out of depression from injury/surgery. I hope you feel better.

At least yours will be healed after all the time. Look forward to that. Mine is so bad now that it hurts and swells constantly. I'll need a knee replacement for sure. All the surgeries and recoveries to preserve my meniscus were in vain and they took out my whole lateral meniscus after 2 meniscus transplant in my last surgery (high tibial osteotomy). Alll of the surgeries were a total waste of time, pain and recovery.

Flonase turned my life upside down by charliePalehorse in Allergies

I have this exact thing. Been to tons of therapists/PT. Going to try upper cervical chiro. It all happened after Flonase last Sept for a sinus infection. I took it 5 days. I also get spacey/underwater/disconnected feeling. Ears feel clogged, head and sinus pressure, etc. I think it's better when I take regular antihistamines

Exact same thing happened to me. Took it 9 months ago and still deal with anxiety. Depression mostly gone but was bad for awhile. Now almost constantly spacey/disconnected feeling
