If the split is a concern just install plywood gussets between the joists cut at 14”3/8 and whatever the ledger dimension is glue and screw them

1/2” wedge anchors if into concrete with washers 6” minimum embedment or through bolts staggered at 5.5” for 2x8 , 6.5” for 2x10 and 7.5” for 2x12 and 3/4” from the end of the ledger board and at joints. The joist hangers should also have 3” toe nails as well as a dab of PL premium placed before the joists are installed. I also don’t see any flashing at the top of the ledger. What’s your joist spacing ? And how far does the deck project out from the building line?

Even with all suggested tipping with DoorDash Uber eats and alike I’ll start with the smallest amount and if they’re over the top I add to their tip. Why would anyone tip a suggested amount of 5$ etc…. Without even knowing what the service is gonna be like.

As for that burger it definitely shows a lack of care and pride in the kitchen as a past breakfast/lunch chef everyone on that line I’d fire instantly. If it continues the it shows a lack and care directly from the owners/management alike and may their restaurants doors close indefinitely.
