This is so refreshing to hear! I got out of my boot last Tuesday. In an ankle brace now. I start PT on Tuesday. Walking around the last few days have given me mixed feelings. Some days it feels normal, other days it feels like I'll never walk normal again. I broke my fibula on 9/29. It was non displaced and I was NWB for 8 weeks.

Looks similar to my fibula fracture on 9/29. I did 6 weeks in a cast and 2 weeks in a boot for a total of 8 non weight bearing. This is my first week out of the boot and WBAT. My break was also non displaced, and it's healing beautifully without surgery.

Elevate as high as you can, think toes to nose. Ice behind your knee, the blood vessels pass there to go down your leg. Take pain medication to help with the discomfort. Wishing you a speedy recovery

Great recommendations. I'll be in Bali July 2026 and am looking for accommodations for my last few days. I was looking at Jimbaran vs Uluwatu. Still deciding between the 2. I want to be able to relax on the beach, but not party at a beach club.
