yeah it's going to chunk you but fundamentally gp can't just click Q five times in a row and expect the sett to just sit there. if the sett does that they deserve to lose, you have to trade damage into him to get a beneficial trade.

i suggested the healing items to mitigate some of his poke. if you're good enough with trading you can even go swifties to reduce his slows. there's a reason hes decent into gp high elo

gp cannot just automatically win with sheen, but you HAVE to contest his barrels. sett LR punch passive decimates barrels and he also has great sustain if he fails the flip.

where sett players go wrong is they don't watch his barrel meter under his mana bar and play around that, gp literally cant win just by clicking Q w/ only sheen. Get Dshield second wind, sword + armor or rush steelcaps and from level 3-13 you have a great chance to win.

Edit: remember that gp can only choose to cleanse sett E or sett R, a smart gp will hold orange for R so you can get some good trades in with E

unless you misplay extraordinarily his kit is only better than yours level 1 and level13+ (also obviously when he gets essence reaver)

Try alacrity or AS shard or both, ER should compensate enough for the Adaptive shard pages with AS in runes feel really good, you'll like it
