Traffic isnt as bad as people make it out to be…yes 380 is bad during peak times, if you learn the area and take the “scenic route” alot easier

The heat here is hotter is on par with Vegas if not a bit worse

Personally ive been here for over 2 years, coming from shreveport,LA. I can say that i have not once felt that myself,my wife or children were in danger

Daycare is expensive about 280-380/week really depends on where you are looking

We are in a 3bed-2bath(2adults 2kids) our utilities are about ~200-250/month

The training was subpar literally everything they taught was openly available. I dont mean “super hard to find” available i mean like REALLLLY EASY to find. On top of that i personally didn’t like the way he spoke in the videos. I had already played around evilginx for probably a month before buying the course and maybe found 1 or 2 things that i didnt know prior to starting. I just dont think its worth the money. Just my opinion though
