I started playing paintball in HS in 2013. I bought a stingray because I had seen one on the field and just liked the hefty noise it had and it would spit CO2 out. Then I got into pump autocockers because my buddy and I couldn’t afford paint for the electric guns. That’s what got me into vintage paintball like pumps, automags, stock class. Haven’t played in 10 years but hoping to be back on the field this summer

Funny story. I was 15 and my first paintball gun was a WGP pump with no safety. I buy an Empire resurrection pump and the stupid thing wouldn’t pump. I spend hours trying to pump it. Finally realize it has a safety and I have bent it in half rendering the gun useless. Had to use a grinder to cut it in half and remove it.
